Korean Restaurant – Wicker Park.
Flavor Scale (1-5): 4.4
My friend and I were wandering through Wicker Park when we stumbled upon Bigsuda Chicago, and I’m so glad we decided to check it out — it did not disappoint! Every dish was bursting with flavor and had its own unique twist, making it a memorable meal.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when it came to explaining the menu and how to enjoy certain dishes. We ordered the Galbi & Pork Mandoo (pan-seared) — my absolute favorite — along with the Narara Wings, Elote Mandoo (a creative fusion of elote and dumplings), Shrimp Egg Fried Rice, and Soup Dumplings. Each bite had bold flavors and perfect textures that showed how much thought goes into Bigsuda’s menu.
If you’re looking for Korean fusion restaurants in Chicago or just a new spot in Wicker Park to try something different, Bigsuda should definitely be on your list. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their unique dishes and cozy atmosphere.
