YooYee

Chinese Restaurant – Uptown.

Flavor Scale (1-5): 5.0

If you’re craving authentic hand-pulled noodles in Chicago, look no further than YooYee, the new hot spot everyone’s talking about. From the first bite, I could taste why it’s become so popular — the noodles are perfectly chewy, the flavor-rich broth is deeply satisfying, and the tender chunks of braised beef brisket melt in your mouth.

My friend and I each ordered the braised beef brisket hand-pulled noodle soup and shared a side of their crispy scallion pancake (big enough for 3–4 people). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. As the weather gets colder in Chicago, this is absolutely going to be my go-to spot for comfort food. Next on my list: the wontons in chili oil sauce and vermicelli shrimp — they look incredible!
