With all the hype from The Bear, I finally made it to Kasama. The line didn’t look too bad at first glance… but yep, ended up being a solid 2-hour wait.
It was honestly worth it though. The Longanisa breakfast sandwich—with a hashbrown tucked in there—was crispy, flavorful, and kind of everything. Plus the desserts were great.
The things we do for the experience, lol. If you haven’t been yet, it’s definitely one to check off the list. Just be prepared to wait outside for a while—and if you’re going specifically for the breakfast sandwich, heads up: they stop serving it at 12 pm.
Luckily, my friend suggested ordering it online ahead of time, and it totally saved the day. By the time we got a table (right around noon), they were able to find my order and still serve it fresh. Pro tip: do the same.
