I finally got to try Ethiopian food for the first time, and it was such an interesting experience! My friend and I ordered the Doro Tibs and the Vegetarian Messob, and let me tell you, the flavors were great.
The stew was so rich and flavorful—you could really taste the fresh spices, especially the ginger, which added a nice kick. The injera was super filling and had this slightly sour flavor that balanced the meal perfectly. I know you’re supposed to eat with your hands, but I’ll admit, I ended up using a spoon.
Overall, I’m glad I gave it a try! The food was delicious, and I wouldn’t mind going back to explore more of the menu.
